Step 1: We carry out environmentally friendly projects by recycling textile waste from hotels that work with the goal of sustainability. In cooperation with hotels, we ensure that waste is included in the upcycling process.
Step 2: The collected textile waste is carefully sorted according to its type and recycling potential. This sorting process ensures that the waste is reused in the most efficient way.
Step 3: The sorted fabrics are creatively evaluated by our design team for new products. Preliminary designs are created by considering color, texture and quality.
Step 4: During the design phase, samples are produced by working together with our stakeholders. In this process, prototypes produced from waste are tested and necessary improvements are made.
Step 5: The samples are meticulously checked according to Swatchloop's quality standards. Products that successfully pass all tests in terms of durability, aesthetics and functionality are ready for production.
Step 6: Approved designs enter the production process and textile waste is transformed into new, eco-friendly products. A digital passport is created for each product, enabling transparent tracking of the production stages.
